Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Department of Health - Queensland Full time $120,000 - $140,000 per year

As a Senior Advisor Wellbeing Projects, you will design, deliver and monitor effectiveness of the health, safety and wellbeing management system, programs and initiatives for Queensland Health. You will provide advice and support the system (HHSs and the Department of Health) on a range of complex organisational mental health and wellbeing issues. Additionally, you will contribute to development and coordination of relevant capability building programs and resources for creating mentally healthy and well workplaces.

Role fit:

  • Demonstrated sound knowledge and understanding of contemporary mental health and wellbeing strategies and initiatives, including national and state policies, legislation, standards and trends, and the proven ability to apply that knowledge to develop and implement effective systems, policies and programs within a large public sector organisation.
  • A record of achievement in developing, implementing, evaluating and continually improving strategic organisation-wide health, safety and wellbeing management systems, strategies or projects within complex environments.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with the proven ability to analyse performance data and provide strategic advice and reports to inform systems improvement.
