We are currently looking for  the right people to join our team and deliver the highest of standards in administrative disciple and attention to detail. To be successful you must be professionally minded, have a neat and tidy appearance and an outgoing positive attitude. Extensive training on in-house system and external on-line development courses are offered.

Key attributes required of the successful candidate are:

  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work amongst a team as well as autonomous when required
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Main responsibilities of the role are:

  • Handling of Money
  • Daily Banking
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Vehicle Registrations
  • Filing
  • Answering phones / assisting with main reception duties
  • Receipting/Debt Collection
  • Debtor Maintenance within the Units system.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Exposure to the Motor Dealer industry will be highly regarded as will exposure to AutoIT's Units Dealer Management System
