Enterprise Bargaining Support Advisor

Kenmore QLD, Fixed Term 12 Month Contract

Are you passionate about industrial relations and ready to make a meaningful impact? This pivotal role supports the development, coordination, negotiation, and implementation of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs) across our organisation.

About the role

As the Enterprise Bargaining Support Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our EBAs reflect our strategic direction, mission, and values. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and unions to facilitate smooth bargaining processes and successful agreement rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

EBA Administration:

  • Manage EBA tasks including logs of claims, agendas, minutes, and documentation.
  • Prepare data and materials for bargaining meetings.
  • Support EBA rollout: communications, leader briefings, and payroll updates (UKG).
  • Track EBA progress and milestones.
  • Coordinate stakeholder and union engagement.
  • Schedule and organise EBA meetings.

EBA Research & Drafting:

  • Conduct internal and external research to inform bargaining positions.
  • Draft and review EBA clauses for compliance, clarity, and strategic alignment.
  • Assist in preparing formal submissions to the Fair Work Commission and other relevant bodies.

About You and What You Will Bring

You're a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of industrial relations and enterprise bargaining. You thrive in collaborative environments and are confident managing complex documentation and stakeholder communications.

You will also have the following:

  • Proven experience in enterprise bargaining.
  • Tertiary qualification in Industrial Relations, Law, or Human Resources.
  • Experience in a similar role within a large not-for-profit or charitable organisation (highly regarded).
