**Salary Sacrifice Details**

As a **not-for-profit** entity, our employees can package up to **$18,549 p.a**. of their taxable income before your income tax is calculated. Up to **$15,900 p.a.** on every day expenses (such as mortgage payments, rent, groceries, bills and insurance) plus up to **$2,649 p.a.** on meal/entertainment benefits.

As a **Talent Acquisition Advisor**, you’ll work alongside a passionate and experienced Talent team that’s deeply embedded in the business. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a key role in proactively sourcing, engaging, and guiding top talent across a diverse portfolio of roles—each one critical to the work we do.

You’ll be trusted to:

- Partner with hiring leaders to offer practical, strategic recruitment advice
- Craft compelling, targeted job ads and manage social media posts
- Drive campaigns that are innovative, inclusive, and outcomes-focused
- Continuously improve the onboarding and hiring experience

**Social Media / Excel / Office Expertise**

Bring your social media savvy to work that matters—craft posts, manage Facebook updates, and help us engage purpose-driven talent. With strong Excel and MS Office skills, you’ll support hiring across aged care and community services, where every role changes lives.

**To be suitable for this position**, **your qualifications for the role will consist of**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar, or experience in a relevant field;
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in end to end recruitment;
- Previous experience using e-Recruitment systems; We use Turbo Recruit.
- Police Check or the ability to acquire.
