**About the Role**

As our **Mental Health and Wellbeing Advisor**, you’ll lead the development and implementation of strategic frameworks that promote psychological safety, reduce psychosocial risks, and embed a culture of wellbeing across our diverse workforce.

You will work closely with People & Culture, Safety, and operational leaders to:

- Design and deliver mental health and wellbeing strategies aligned with best practice and legislative compliance
- Analyse organisational data to identify psychosocial hazards and recommend improvements
- Provide expert advice on case management, return to work, and reasonable adjustments
- Lead organisation-wide wellbeing initiatives and training programs
- Manage external wellbeing service providers and ensure quality outcomes
- Champion a culture of care, inclusion, and continuous improvement

**About you and what you bring**:
**Essential**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Mental Health, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar advisory or strategic wellbeing role
- Strong knowledge of psychosocial risk, mental health legislation, and injury management
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and coaching skills
- Current Driver’s Licence

**Desirable**:

- Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety
- Experience in aged care, community services, or child and family services
