About the Role

Initially hands-on, this role will evolve into a leadership and oversight position as the team expands. You will be responsible for end-to-end technical project delivery, establishing company-wide engineering standards, and mentoring a high-performing team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and contribute to the design, programming, commissioning, and documentation of BMS projects
  • Develop and implement technical standards and design frameworks across the business
  • Drive innovation through the adoption of modern technologies, including Tridium Niagara (N4/AX) and Distech GFX
  • Support the development of secure network solutions (e.g. Fortinet) for major clients
  • Mentor engineering staff and develop training programs to build internal capability
  • Provide technical support during pre-construction, tendering, and proposal stages

About You

You are a senior-level BMS professional with:

  • Extensive experience in BMS design, delivery, and project management
  • Deep expertise in Tridium Niagara (N4/AX), with hands-on experience in Distech GFX
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring capabilities
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a high standard of technical delivery
