Regulator Australia Pty Ltd trading as Regulator Automation, is looking for a full time BMS Engineer / Technician to join our expanding BMS Division. You will become an integral part of our dedicated team.

Regulator Automation is a market leading designer and manufacturer of electronic & automated control, and BMS systems for the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) Industry.

Based in Melrose Park, NSW (Near Ryde / Parramatta), we are a family-owned business established in 1974, with 49 years of experience.

Onsite parking is provided.

We have an excellent track record in customer satisfaction and the successful candidate will maintain existing BMS service contracts and respond to our customers' requirements as needed by providing programming, engineering, technical support, maintenance, delivery of projects and service as required. Training will be providedthrough external training courses as well as internally from our many years of first-hand experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Service and maintenance on BMS Systems
  • Design points lists and network layout schematics
  • Programming of BMS Systems in Niagara and Distech GFX
  • Creating and updating functional descriptions
  • Assist with project work and commissioning where necessary
The following attributes are desirable:
  • Knowledge of air conditioning systems, electrical and or automated building control systems
  • Previous BMS experience in Niagara or Distech (preferred but not essential)
  • Previous HVAC mechanical or electrical experience
  • Well presented with a strong work ethic
  • Clear and concise phone manner
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated and organised with an attention to detail
  • Proficient in the use of computers and office applications
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and with initiative
