We're seeking a Senior Program Manager to take ownership of a large-scale eCommerce and enterprise platform delivery program — currently in full swing and operating under tight timelines. This is a high-visibility, business-critical role working directly with executives and multiple GMs to deliver outcomes that matter.

What you'll do

  • Drive end-to-end delivery across multiple streams spanning eCommerce and enterprise applications.
  • Partner closely with senior executives and steering committee members to manage delivery priorities, risks, and scope.
  • Lead a small core delivery team — Project Manager and Project Coordinator — and oversee internal and vendor delivery.
  • Manage program financials, reporting, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure integration across enterprise platforms (on-premise, Oracle) and key retail systems.
  • Keep delivery on track, within budget, and aligned to commercial outcomes.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience leading large-scale ($40M+) enterprise or retail programs.
  • Strong background in eCommerce, enterprise applications, and retail distribution.
  • Experience delivering on-premise enterprise platforms (Oracle preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills — credible at exec level.
  • Collaborative, pragmatic style — a natural problem-solver who brings teams together.
