About the role:
The Senior Manager, Digital Enablement plays a pivotal role in building a digitally fluent global workforce that is confident and capable in leveraging digital tools, data insights, and emerging AI technologies to deliver legal services of the future. This is a new role in a growing team and can sit in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney.
This role designs, delivers, and continuously evolves digital, data, and AI literacy programmes across the firm's global network—tailored to different experience levels, roles, and jurisdictions—and drives engagement through high-impact enablement initiatives such as hackathons, design sprints, innovation pop-ups, and experiential campaigns.
The Senior Manager is a strategic advisor and creative catalyst, partnering across business units, practices, and regions to foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and responsible innovation. They apply change-enablement and behavioural science insights to embed new capabilities and partner with risk and AI governance to ensure all literacy initiatives align with responsible AI and ethical standards.

About you:
- 5-8+ years' experience designing and delivering capability-building programmes in digital, data, or AI within professional services or global organisations.
- Experience in learning design and programme management with an understanding of behavioural science principles.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, emerging technologies, and AI in legal and professional services.
- Experience in a law firm, legal operations, or consulting environment is desirable.
- Proficiency in digital learning tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI) is desirable.
- Proven ability to translate complex tech topics into practical, engaging learning experiences.
- Experience facilitating interactive workshops, hackathons, or innovation sprints.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across senior levels.
