About the role

Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD) is seeking a Consumer Relations Manager (Health Manager Level 4) to manage the consumer complaints resolution processes and other consumer feedback, particularly focusing on high-risk NNSWLHD complaint matters about clinical services provision. This includes serious complaints and concerns about the clinical conduct of NNSWLHD clinicians and assisting in the management of consumer privacy concerns

This is a District wide role, the location of this role may be successfully negotiated within the Northern New South Wales Local Health District sites
