We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Research and Insights Manager.
This key role involves developing and executing research plans to inform brand experiences, providing leadership in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, and delivering insights and research for annual marketing campaigns.
- Developing research plans to drive business growth and decision-making.
- Leveraging data and insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.
This role requires a degree or qualification in a related field or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience. Key qualifications include demonstrated experience in advertising/marketing research, leading campaigns, meeting focus capabilities outlined in the Position Description, and holding a valid Working with Children Check.
