Location: Plympton and Munno Para - with some WFM opportunities.

We are seeking a Psychologist or Mental Health endorsed Social Worker or Occupational Therapist to join our supportive, multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to both direct client care and the growth of innovative mental health programs. In the right circumstances we will consider applications from a Provisionally Registered Psychologist.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Director, you will:

  • Provide psychological assessments and evidence-based interventions across presentations such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, persistent pain, and adjustment difficulties.
  • Deliver therapy for clients of all ages in a professional, confidential, and culturally safe manner.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, formulate treatment goals, and monitor progress.
  • Manage your own caseload while collaborating with physicians, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals.
  • Support vocational rehabilitation through assessments, counselling, wellbeing programs, and workplace interventions.
  • Contribute to program development, training, and new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and ethical clinical records and case documentation.

About You

Essential:

  • Full and current membership or registration with either AHPRA or other relevant association entitling you to work as an allied health professional.
  • Full Australian working rights, current Working With Children Check, and valid driver's licence.
  • Have a contemporary understanding of the treatment of persistent pain or be prepared to undertake professional development in this area, as this is a key service for our customers.
  • Have an understanding of the compensable injury space, particularly work injury rehabilitation and return to work, or be willing to learn about these systems.

Desirable:

  • Training in ACT, CBT, IPT, CPT, or Schema frameworks.
  • PGAP or EMDR accreditation (or willingness to complete).
