Working under reduced clinical direction, you may also provide clinical support and supervision to psychologists, allied health colleagues, and students. Your role includes delivering psychological assessments, evidence-based interventions, individual and family therapies, group programs, and early intervention and community development initiatives.

As a Social Worker (AHP2), you will use your growing clinical knowledge and professional skills to design and deliver integrated services that meet the needs of consumers within the LHN Mental Health Service and the wider community. Under reduced clinical direction, you may provide supervision to junior allied health professionals, assistants, and students. Your work will span individual and family therapies, group programs, preventative and early intervention approaches, and therapeutic interventions, always grounded in evidence-based practice.

As an Occupational Therapist (AHP2), you will contribute your generalist and/or specialist expertise to plan, implement, and evaluate mental health services for consumers, carers, and families. Working with reduced clinical direction, you may also supervise allied health professionals, assistants, and students. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will apply preventative, early intervention, therapeutic, and evaluative approaches to support recovery and wellbeing across a range of service contexts.
