We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Marketing and Digital Media Assistant to join our vibrant school community.

Location: Canberra, ACT

Employment Type: Part-time, 2 days per week worked over 48 weeks per year

Employment Status: Ongoing

Start Date: January 2026

About the Role

The role will support the Marketing and Communications Manager in building the brand and messaging of the School as a faith based Christian community. The role is practical in nature with the majority of tasks assigned on a week-to-week basis. The role will require some out of hours work. The role will report to the Marketing and Communications Manager on a daily basis and is part of the broader Business Service Unit.

Essential Criteria

Qualifications and Experience


Working towards, or completion of Diploma level qualification in Digital Marketing and/or extensive experience in the digital marketing field.

Digital content creation (photos, video, short written content).

Experience with Meta and Google business accounts (desirable).

Have a current WWVP Clearance or the ability to gain clearance before commencement of employment.
