The International Centre for Complex Project Management (ICCPM) is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic, purpose-driven team where creativity meets impact.

This is a full time ongoing fully remote role that offers the opportunity to shape digital experiences across web, social media, and events, while crafting compelling content that connects with diverse audiences. You'll manage a WordPress site, drive engagement through social channels, design eye-catching media with Adobe Creative Suite, and support CRM and email marketing workflows. Whether you're publishing a news post, coordinating an online event, or analyzing audience growth, your work will be central to our digital presence. We're looking for a self-starter who thrives on variety, values collaboration, and brings both technical skill and creative flair. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented early career marketing/communications specialist that is comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment. High performing graduates will be considered.

Australian permanent work rights are required for this position.

Skills and Experience
  • Experience managing a WordPress website, a working comprehension of HTML and online registrations
  • Experience managing CRM data and updating automated workflows
  • End-to-end management of social media accounts including creating and maintaining content and driving growth
  • Designing and publishing graphics, brochures and other media using the Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Developing written and visual content including news posts, website copy, email marketing and social media content designed for both B2B audiences and individuals.
  • Event management for both in-person and online environments
  • Experiences with Google Analytics, desirable but non-essential
  • A self-motivating character, with the ability to work independently, flexibly, collaboratively, and ethically

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for this role.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • A recognised degree in marketing, communications, journalism or relevant discipline
  • Australian permanent work rights are required for this position.
