ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is responsible for managing and growing MESHKI's global influencer affiliate program, driving performance across platforms such as LTK and ShopMy. You'll oversee end-to-end affiliate operations – from onboarding and relationship management to performance analysis and strategic optimisation.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is analytical, strategic, and relationship-driven, with strong knowledge of the influencer landscape and a passion for building high-performing global programs in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Manage a portfolio of key affiliate accounts.
- Develop strategic plans to develop the performance of managed advertiser Affiliate & Influencer/Creator programs.
- Ensure the proper execution of the tasks entrusted by clients in the management of their affiliate program.
- First class support, communication, and acquisition of strategic publishers.
- Independent client management and project management.
- Regular client reporting and communication.
- Preparation of sales and competition analysis
- Market monitoring and analysis..
- Meeting and building strong relationships with influencers/creators, media publishers, affiliate networks, and clients.
- Manage and drive profitable customer acquisition through affiliate and influencer partnerships on electronics, e-commerce, fashion and travel sectors.
- Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals and KPI's.
- Identify, vet, and recruit influencers and content creators across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Red, etc.)
- Manage day-to-day communications with influencers or influencer agencies including negotiate pricing, contracts, deliverables, timelines, and manage go-live activities.
- Collaborate with client's internal teams to request for creatives and marketing collateral for campaign launches.
- Oversee content approval processes, ensure brand safety, alignment and legal compliance.
- Track and analyse campaign performance using analytic tools and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Help support with training and mentoring junior team members.
- Keep abreast with industry new trends and attend industry event when needed.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- 3-5 years experience in Influencer Marketing
- Experienced with Affiliate Marketing tools + platforms like LTK, SHOPMY and more
- Familiar with analytics software such as Google Analytics and Excel
- Ability to work independently and meet established deadlines with an exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks, handle multiple projects and frequent reporting
- Strong ability to collaborate with and influence both internal and external partners
- Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, positive attitude, drive and collaborative spirit
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
