WHEREFIT is Australia's leading employee wellbeing network, empowering over 800,000 employees from 300+ companies to find their way to wellbeing. We do this by connecting them with a curated network of 2,500+ gyms, studios, allied health providers, and wellbeing retailer affiliate partners.

We're scaling across Australia and New Zealand, building new ways for affiliate partners to reach and engage high-value wellbeing-focused customers—with opportunities to expand into new growth channels as we evolve.

ROLE

This is a unique opportunity to own the full lifecycle of affiliate partnerships in a fast-growth scale-up. Unlike siloed account management roles in larger companies, this position is end-to-end: from pitching and onboarding through to campaign execution, reporting, and growth.

Your portfolio will span leading wellbeing brands across categories like healthy meals, activewear, self-care, beauty, and supplements. Some accounts will be managed at scale, while others will need deeper, strategic engagement. You'll also play a role in shaping the playbooks, systems, and campaigns that define WHEREFIT's next stage of growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Account Management

  • Win and onboard new wellbeing affiliate partners by pitching compelling value propositions to decision-makers.
  • Nurture and grow existing partnerships through reviews, optimisations, and new collaboration opportunities.
  • Position WHEREFIT as a trusted, long-term partner within each partner's marketing mix.

Campaign & Platform Execution

  • Negotiate and manage partner placements across quarterly campaigns to drive member engagement and results.
  • Influence the structure and opportunities in WHEREFIT's placement campaigns alongside Marketing
  • Manage partner platform onboardings, offer adjustments, and ensure partner collateral on platform is high quality and up to date.

Product, Growth & Data

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to test and launch new features, placements, and engagement tools that grow partner and member engagement.
  • Develop and deliver timely reporting for insights and decision making for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support upcoming database/systems transitions to ensure scalability.
  • Act as the voice of partners in shaping WHEREFIT's growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-5 years in partnerships, business development, or account management (affiliate, loyalty, or media background ideal).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or related fields
  • Track record in both sales (prospecting, pitching, closing) and/or account management (optimisations, relationship growth).
  • Campaign management experience: planning, executing, and reporting.
  • Builder's mentality – excited to create playbooks and processes.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong time management, prioritisation and adaptability skills.
  • Strong commercial mindset, balancing partner success and member engagement.
