The Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Surfers Pavilion. This is an opportunity for an experienced chef who thrives in a high-energy environment and takes pride in delivering quality dishes with consistency and precision.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior chefs with daily operations, stock control, and menu development using seasonal, local produce
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard across all sections
  • Maintain a clean, organized kitchen while upholding food safety and hygiene standards
  • Lead by example and support junior kitchen staff
  • Ensure kitchen equipment and safety protocols are maintained to the highest standards

About You:

  • Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar high-volume, high-quality kitchen
  • Demonstrated passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, growth-focused mindset
  • High standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety.
  • Able to thrive under pressure and contribute to a cohesive, motivated team
