Supporting training and onboarding to ensure new team members hit the ground running. Drafting and updating process documentation and coordinating maintenance of knowledge resources Supporting coordination of service queues and keeping workflows on track. Helping resolve complex enquiries by gathering information and ensuring timely follow up.
