About our Role
Are you an organised, proactive and people-focused administrator ready to take the next step in your career? WGA is seeking a Team Administrator to join our Darwin office – a close-knit, high-performing team working on some of the Northern Territory's most exciting engineering and infrastructure projects.
This role is more than just admin – it's about being the heartbeat of the office. You'll be supporting project teams, coordinating travel and meetings, managing fleet logistics, and playing a key role in our events and wellbeing initiatives.

What you'll be doing:
- Providing proactive admin support to project teams and managers
- Coordinating travel, meetings and training
- Fleet Management & Logistics
- Supporting document creation, formatting and filing
- Delivering exceptional front-of-house customer service
- Assisting with office facilities, suppliers and contractors
- Assisting with wellbeing and engagement initiatives and yearly events
- Maintaining high attention to detail across all tasks
About you:
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in administration and office coordination
- Excellent computer skills and an intermediate capability with the Microsoft Office Suite of programs
- Excellent organisational, prioritising, attention to detail, communication and time management skills.
- Strong relationship building skills and ability to liaise with staff at all levels, including senior managers (this role would entail you working closely with internal staff from graduates through to technical directors).
- The ability to work independently and part of a team and exercise sound judgement.
- Positive, flexible and solutions-focused mindset
- Experience in fleet management & event coordination is a bonus
