About Us

FicusBridge is a fast-growing SaaS startup transforming the aged care sector in Australia. Founded by an industry leader. Our analytics and workflow platform helps aged care providers optimise AN-ACC funding, care-minute compliance, and workforce strategy.

We're now looking for a Technical Co-Founder to join at a pivotal stage and help scale our product into the leading AI-powered aged care funding platform.

The Role

As Technical Co-Founder, you'll own the product and technology vision. This is a hands-on role where you'll shape the product roadmap, architect scalable solutions, and lead development of AI-driven features. You'll be the entrepreneurial partner who builds alongside me, not just advises.

What You'll Do

  • Lead product design and development, from architecture to deployment.
  • Build and scale our SaaS platform (web + integrations with PRODA, care management systems, etc.).
  • Drive AI initiatives (predictive analytics, documentation optimisation, workflow automation).
  • Translate customer problems into product features that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Recruit and lead an engineering/product team as we scale.
  • Contribute to fundraising, investor conversations, and long-term growth strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong hands-on technical skills (full-stack or back-end focus, cloud architecture, API integrations).
  • Experience in AI/ML applications (predictive models, NLP, healthcare/fintech data a bonus).
  • Product mindset: you've taken a product from MVP → market → scale.
  • Entrepreneurial drive: thrive in uncertainty, bias to action, willing to get your hands dirty.
  • Bonus: healthcare/aged care tech experience, data security/privacy knowledge
