Your New Role

As a Care Companionyou will provide care and support that enhances our resident's wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

You will enjoy working within our Better Togethersocial model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

  • Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
  • Building and maintain strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
  • Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive

About You

Does this sound like you?

  • A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real 'care' to residents
  • Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate 3 or 4 in Disability
  • Willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check if successful
  • Fully vaccinated for 2025 Influenza (or willing to obtain) and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
