General Labourer     

Roster: Initial 3-month casual duration with the potential to move to permanent direct with client | Working Monday to Friday 2.00pm to 10.00pm – 3 weeks of training on D/S 6.00am to 2.00pm

Location: Greenacre, NSW

  • Drivers Licence (Essential)
  • Forklift Licence (Essential)
  • Computer literate
  • Good work ethic
  • Ability to complete repetitive, mundane tasks
  • Commitment to safety
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
  • Self-motivated

Duties & Responsibilities

  • General labouring with some forklift operation
  • Computer use and communication, using the radio and engaging on platforms like WhatsApp
  • Operate equipment such as forklift to dispose of waste in accordance with client requirements
  • Undertake general waste management duties, which may include cleaning duties as required and in accordance with client requirements
  • Handle material such paper and plastic and load product into containers accordingly
  • Maintain professional image of the company and deliver a high-quality customer service at all times
  • Complete accurately all records, paperwork, as directed as required
  • Operation of a baler
  • Prepare plant, and machinery work areas
  • Cleaning of working areas and outside
