Assistant Venue Manager - Kingpin Darwin

Are you ready to lead a large team in a popular entertainment destination? As our Assistant Venue Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our multi-faceted entertainment destination, that focuses on remarkable guest experiences From bowling lanes, games & attractions to parties & events, you'll help create unforgettable experiences for guests of all ages.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Be a hands-on leader, supporting daily operations and technical functions to keep the good times rolling
  • Be a master at rostering, COGs and monitoring revenue, especially during our event seasons
  • Inspire and empower your team through roster planning, training, and mentoring
  • Drive excellence in guest experience, ensuring every visit is memorable
  • Collaborate with the Venue Manager to shape the success of the venue

Who You Are

  • You must hold a valid Working with Children Clearance
  • You must hold a current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • You're a natural leader with experience in retail, hospitality or entertainment venues
  • You bring energy, innovation, and drive, and inspire your team to do the same
  • You're a relationship builder, especially when it comes to corporate and social bookings
  • You understand the financial side of business and are eager to grow
  • You're passionate about making people smile and creating WOW moments.
