Estimator – Landscaping & Civil Construction | $110K–$120K + Super | Perth Looking to grow your estimating career in a flexible, high-performing environment?

We're seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join a leading WA-based landscaping and civil construction company. You'll be part of a passionate team delivering award-winning residential and commercial projects across Perth and the South West.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, shape estimating processes, and enjoy flexible working arrangements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prepare accurate estimates and tender submissions for commercial landscaping projects.
  • Ensure tenders meet margin targets and align with project setup requirements.
  • Support post-award variation estimating and commercial controls.
  • Collaborate with project teams to manage budgets, scopes, and resources.
  • Assist with forecasting, reporting, and cost tracking.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating systems and processes.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in estimating within construction or landscaping.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • White Card and valid driver's licence.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive mindset and attention to detail.
