Your new role

As the
Digital Health Portfolio Manager
, you will lead a team of functional analysts and service delivery specialists responsible for supporting and enhancing clinical and administrative digital systems across a network of health services. You'll play a key role in managing stakeholder relationships, driving system improvements, and ensuring the successful delivery of upgrades, integrations, and support initiatives.

This is a
permanent, full-time role
based in
regional Victoria
.
Relocation is mandatory
, and support will be provided to assist with the move.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a high-performing team to deliver business-as-usual support, enhancements, and incident resolution.
  • Managing stakeholder engagement across clinical, technical, and vendor teams.
  • Driving continuous improvement and system optimisation aligned with healthcare needs.
  • Overseeing team performance, recruitment, and capability development.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in digital health systems and governance.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Proven leadership experience in digital health, clinical systems, or enterprise IT environments.
  • Strong understanding of electronic medical record (EMR) systems or similar platforms, including integration and interoperability.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
