The Role

This is a hands-on opportunity to work on campaigns that connect people, brands, and the local community. You'll gain exposure to everything from social media and email marketing to events, partnerships, and creative activations.

You'll be involved in:

  • Assisting with the rollout of retail campaigns, promotions and in-centre activations
  • Creating and scheduling engaging social media and eDM content
  • Supporting community initiatives and local partnerships
  • Helping coordinate events, photoshoots and seasonal campaigns
  • Managing marketing materials, reporting and admin tasks
  • Collaborating with retailers and bringing new ideas to the table

About You

You're organised, enthusiastic and thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment. You're comfortable juggling multiple tasks and love collaborating with others to make things happen.

You'll bring:

  • A qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar
  • Passion for retail, shopping centre or digital marketing
  • Skills in platforms like Mailchimp, WordPress, Meta or Canva
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do mindset
  • A creative streak and willingness to learn from every project
  • You're not afraid to get hands-on, take initiative and have fun doing it.
