An established and rapidly expanding financial services business is looking for a
Head of Treasury Operations
to lead its growing team and play a key role in funding, securitisation, and investor relations. With over
large a figure in assets under management
and significant growth already underway, this is a newly created role offering both scope and influence.

The role

  • Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing treasury team.
  • Oversee securitisation programs, funding structures, and hedging activities.
  • Build trusted relationships with investors, banks, and other external partners.
  • Provide input on strategic capital and funding decisions to support business growth.
  • Ensure robust treasury operations to support a growing balance sheet.

    treasury and securitisation
    within financial services.
