You will work with regulators and the business to support the development and embedding of the Resolution Plan within the Group's frameworks.
You will make a significant impact by driving outcomes, shaping frameworks, and influencing decision-making at the highest levels. The role requires managing an ongoing project with regulatory deliverables, building strong relationships across the Group, and problem-solving to address new regulatory requirements.
See Yourself in Our Team
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end project governance ensuring timely delivery of commitments and addressing regulatory/compliance obligations.
- SME for CPS900 (Resolution Planning), supporting the Group in meeting compliance obligations.

- Prepare materials to support the development of the Resolution Plan, including drafting documents, board papers, and presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of regulation changes and industry best practices.
- Support relevant regulatory authorities in the implementation of CPS 900 for the Group.
- Drive changes required to meet CPS900 requirements, including implementing pre-positioning changes and embedding review and maintenance of the resolution plan.
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct, which sets the standards of behaviour, actions, and decisions we expect from our people.
We're Interested in Hearing from People Who Have:
- Proven track record in building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work autonomously, proactively identify issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Critical thinking skills to propose solutions to new challenges.
- Experience managing large-scale projects and coordinating complex deliverables.
- Strong knowledge of controls and assurance frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting board papers and regulatory communication.
- Ability to interpret and implement standards and frameworks, with knowledge of relevant regulatory standards (e.g., CPS900, CPS190) preferred.
- Knowledge of treasury, including capital and liquidity management.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of banking products and systems (preferred).
- Risk mindset - proactively identify, understand, discuss, and act on current and future risks.
- Highly organised, resilient, and thrive in ambiguity.
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, or an equivalent business-related discipline.
- Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional qualification.
