Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting patients and managing front desk operations
  • Answering phone calls and handling appointment bookings
  • Processing patient check-ins and check-outs
  • Managing daily schedules and appointment confirmations
  • Handling payments, invoices, and health fund claims
  • Ensuring all patient records are accurate and up to date
  • Providing general administrative support to the dental team

About You
  • Previous experience in a dental or medical reception role is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Well-presented, reliable and professional
  • Strong computer skills – experience with dental software (Dental4Windows) is an advantage
  • Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure
  • A team player with a positive attitude
