The Lane Group are a privately owned motor vehicle group, operating within the automotive industry for over 60 years. We are looking for a career driven and goal orientated Service Receptionist to join our amazing team.

To be successful in this role, the applicants:

  • Self-motivated person with a "can do" attitude.
  • Exceptional customer service skills & willing to learn
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Have excellent organisation skills, time-management & problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding written & verbal communication skills

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Reception duties & service enquiries
  • Provide administrative assistance
  • Answering phones
  • Assisting with customer enquiries both over the phone and face to face
  • Greeting and welcoming customers into the dealership
  • Creating & maintaining vehicle bookings
  • Support high levels of CSI and contribute to departmental KPIs

To be successful you need to have a valid Police check within the last 3 months, Australian work rights and hold a current Australian Driving Licence.
