Position: eCommerce Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage platform functionality, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance usability and resolve technical issues.
  • Oversee website infrastructure, UAT, and quality control to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain product listings, pricing accuracy, and inventory coordination across multiple markets.
  • Ensure compliance with customer data security and optimise website support protocols.
  • Assist in digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Support CRM workflows, campaign management, and performance marketing coordination.
  • Analyse eCommerce KPIs using GA4, Shopify Analytics, and BI tools, providing insights for optimisation.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong technical eCommerce experience, especially in Shopify Plus.
  • Familiarity with key digital tools like Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms.
  • Expertise in SEO, CRO, tagging, and digital infrastructure.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end campaigns with tight deadlines and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a user-first mindset.
