ESSENTIAL CRITERIA :

Skills and Knowledge

1. Demonstrated experience and qualifications in Microsoft server and desktop technologies (including Exchange, WSUS, MECM)

2. Experience in Microsoft PowerShell scripting.

3. Demonstrated experience and qualifications in administering Omnissa (VMware EUC) and Citrix Cloud technologies.

4. Deployment and imaging technology troubleshooting.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Develop and operate a windows server platform including Active Directory,

DNS, PKI, remote desktop services and WSUS.

2. Design, test and deploy new versions of the Windows operating system, build and maintain system images and provide integration for VMware and Citrix VDI Platforms.

3. Integrate and support management of security software and configurations.

4. Provide and develop VM image and template automation.

5. Implement VDI performance monitoring and tool tuning for a dynamic network environment.

6. Integrate with MFA solutions.

7. Implement regular checks to confirm system health status, including hardware and software.

8. Develop and operate a backup and recovery service for virtualised Windows systems.

9.Troubleshoot and resolve Windows issues.
