Your opportunity

As Principal Project Officer (AO7) within Relations & Standards, you will lead project initiatives that enhance QFD's approach to complaints handling and implementation of the Complaints Management System (CMS) Review recommendations.

In This Role, You Will

  • Lead project activities that strengthen processes and outcomes related to complaints management
  • Develop tools, frameworks and policies that improve governance, consistency and quality of response
  • Support planning, progress tracking and delivery of work against milestones and reporting requirements
  • Undertake analysis, research and document development to inform decision-making
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support engagement, collaboration and delivery
  • Prepare reports, briefs and submissions to support the program and executive decision-making
  • Contribute to system, policy and procedural improvements across the CMS program

What you'll bring

We Are Looking For Someone With

  • Experience in project work, policy development, frameworks or process improvement
  • Strong analytical, research and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes within timeframes
  • Strong relationship-building capability and confidence engaging with stakeholders
  • High-quality written communication skills including briefs, recommendations and reports
  • Understanding or exposure to HR, conduct, complaints or employee relations (highly regarded)
