- Provide aviation clients with optimal insurance coverage, ensuring peace of mind and financial security
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Liaise with clients and underwriters to foster strong relationships
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Manage client claims processes with precision
- Offer professional insurance and risk management advice
- Conduct regular client visits to maintain engagement
Qualifications
We seek individuals with a passion for aviation and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in a similar role within the Insurance or Financial Services industry
- Strong account management experience in corporate broking
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
- A proactive approach to account management and service delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- A self-starter attitude with flexibility and adaptability
