About the Role:

Milestone IT is proud to partner with a leading healthcare provider in search of an experienced Project Manager to oversee critical infrastructure-focused projects. This role is deal for a hands-on PM who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering impactful outcomes within the healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end project management of IT infrastructure initiatives (network upgrades, server migrations, cloud transitions, etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business goals
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and budget
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects
  • Background in healthcare environments is highly desirable
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification (preferred)
