About the Role

As the Patient Journey Manager, you'll be the key point of contact between our patients, clinicians, and support team — ensuring that every patient feels cared for, informed, and supported from their very first consultation to the completion of their treatment.

You'll take ownership of the patient experience — coordinating treatment plans, managing appointments, following up leads, and ensuring that no detail is missed along the way. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a premium environment and genuinely loves connecting with people.


Key Responsibilities
  • Be the face and voice of Avira Dental — warmly welcoming new patients and guiding them through their treatment journey.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, and follow-ups with precision and care.
  • Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, ensuring patients understand their options and feel supported in their decisions.
  • Maintain excellent communication between dentists, treatment coordinators, and front office teams to ensure smooth clinical flow.
  • Manage patient files, treatment timelines, and key milestones using our digital systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service — going above and beyond to make every patient feel valued, comfortable, and understood.
  • Monitor active and pending treatment cases, ensuring consistent follow-up and patient engagement.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to continually improve the patient experience and internal systems.
