City Optics Nepean is looking for an enthusiastic Optical Dispenser/Retail Assistant to join our front of house team. If you're friendly, reliable, and love helping people look and feel their best, this is your chance to be part of a professional, patient focused practice.

About the Role

You'll help ensure every patient enjoys a smooth and welcoming experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting patients with frame and lens selection
  • Helping with fittings and adjustments
  • Greeting patients, managing appointments, and processing payments
  • Maintaining retail displays and supporting the smooth running of the practice

About You

No prior optical experience is required - training will be provided. What matters most is your attitude and approach. You'll bring:

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • A friendly, professional manner
  • Confidence using computers and learning new systems
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including Thursday evenings and Saturdays
