About the role

This is a full-time Administration role supporting the team within a busy 3 Partner Accounting firm, GPL Partners, located in Peakhurst, NSW. You will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative and operational support to the Accounting team.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparation of Client Document packs
  • Manage new client on-boarding
  • Maintaining ASIC records for company clients
  • Practice billing and debtor control
  • Manage client correspondence
  • Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a professional services or accounting environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality work
  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
