Now, we're looking for a Senior Consultant / Team Lead to join the crew in our Brisbane office - someone who gets the digital world (maybe you've worked in it, or maybe you've just always been drawn to it). Someone who wants to carve out a space for themselves and potentially grow a team under them.

This role is wide open for the right person. Whether you're passionate about agency-side roles, private businesses, or large enterprise accounts. You decide the direction and we'll back you all the way.

We're not about micromanagement. We're about ownership, energy, and relationships.

What you'll actually do (without the buzzwords):

  • Own your niche - digital marketing, ecommerce, performance, SEO, whatever lights you up
  • Choose your market - agency, brand, startup, or enterprise. We're flexible
  • Build a desk your way, backed by a brand that already has serious cred in the market
  • Work with some of the best digital brands and businesses in Australia
  • Have the freedom to chase the clients you admire and the talent you believe in
  • Be encouraged to speak, sponsor, show up - if there's an event, we're probably at it (or throwing it)
  • Collaborate and support - we work hard and love what we do

What we're looking for:

  • Someone who knows recruitment and wants more. More ownership, more creativity, more say in how things are done
  • A curious mind that leans into the digital world (marketing, ecommerce, growth, etc.)
  • Leadership potential - you might not be leading a team just yet, but you're the kind of person who could
  • A good human
