As a Facilities Project Lead, you'll coordinate and deliver engineering projects end-to-end, ensuring they meet time, quality, compliance, and budget requirements. You'll oversee our Facilities Engineering project portfolio, manage resources, and work closely with leadership, stakeholders, and contractors to achieve outstanding project outcomes.
This position can be based in SA, VIC, NSW or ACT.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate engineering projects from inception through to execution, aligning with business needs
- Support Facilities leadership and business leads in monitoring and prioritising upcoming projects
- Oversee project schedules during design and construction phases
- Lead stakeholder and customer engagement to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery
- Develop scopes and statements of work, supporting procurement in subcontractor negotiations
- Act as a key stakeholder in tender evaluations to ensure best-value outcomes
- Manage design and construction phases, guiding stakeholders and contractors for optimal results
- Review and evaluate project deliverables (drawings, specifications, as-builts) against business needs
- Identify and apply tools/processes to ensure high-quality data supports decision-making
- Support analysis, reporting, and creative solution proposals across the Facilities function
- Contribute to growing and strengthening the Facilities capability within LMA
About you:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Project Management (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience delivering complex projects in evolving environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to source data and provide solution-based proposals
- Demonstrated success in contractor, consultant, and stakeholder engagement
