Our Brisbane Office is looking for a Full Time Assessing Operator to join our team.
About the role- You'll evaluate personal loan applications received via our Store network and online website in compliance with internal, legislative requirements and responsible lending commitments.
- Aim to maximise the number of loans assessed per day in accordance with targets.
- Adhere to Risk and Compliance guidelines.
- Answer any questions & inquiries, maintaining an open and honest approach, but always in accordance with our guidelines and any legislation; and
- Ensure when communicating with stores/clients you do so with the utmost respect and professionalism, providing concise and accurate information to facilitate the processing of a loan application.
- Ideally, you'll have experience working within the finance industry, with a Loans Assessing background.
- Can understand and follow Legislation, Policies and Procedures.
- Be detail focused with strong data entry speed and skills.
- Have good computer skills ideally with prior exposure to a Personal Finance system; and
- Be trustworthy, reliable and a team player.
