Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic production team in a fast-paced locksmith workshop. No previous locksmithing experience is required—what matters most is your eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside experienced team members to support workshop operations.
  • Learn and develop essential locksmithing skills, with on-the-job training provided.
  • Handle tools and equipment safely and with precision.
  • Assist with assembling and customising products, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace to maximise efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong manual skills.
  • A proactive attitude and enthusiasm to pick up new skills quickly.
  • Ability to adapt to new tasks and problem-solving scenarios.
  • A team player who works well in a collaborative environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality results.
  • Year 12 completion or equivalent qualification.
  • Australian permanent residency status required.
