We are seeking educators who:

  • Have a genuine passion for working with children aged 0–6 years
  • Preferred 12+ months experience in an early childhood setting
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Can confidently engage in digital programming and documentation
  • Hold a Statement of Attainment in Child Protection
  • Have a current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
  • Understand the Education and Care National Regulations (preferred)
  • Bring a professional, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
  • Exhibit a deep knowledge of child development and a commitment to quality outcomes
