Experienced Gardens, Grounds & Cleaning Crew Members and Leaders Needed

Location/Base: Gumdale, QLD

EPMS are looking for mature and highly experienced individuals to join our team.

Please read the job details carefully, as only candidates with a minimum of two years of relevant experience and strong leadership qualities will be considered.

Key Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid driver's license.
  • Confident in driving and reversing while towing a trailer.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of work.
  • Must be able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • This is a physically demanding role, requiring fitness and endurance.

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing grounds and property maintenance, including but not limited to:

  • Lawn mowing and whipper snipping.
  • Hedge and Tree Trimming
  • Blowing
  • General cleaning
  • Gardening, Weeding and Pruning
  • Minor landscaping, mulching, and rubbish removal and more

Work Conditions:

  • The role is fast-paced and involves outdoor work in various weather conditions. Applicants must be able to work in the heat of summer and the wet season.
  • Teams consist of a minimum of two workers, with no weekend work required.
  • Overtime is available for those looking to increase their hours and income.

Pay Rate:

  • STEP 1: Starting rate is approximately $31.19 per hour (CASUAL - Level 1), with potential increases based on level of experience, meeting performance requirements and demonstrating consistent commitment and leadership.
  • STEP 2: Individuals who display strong skills, reliability, and attend work consistently and on time may also be promoted to a FULL-TIME position.
