Experienced Gardens, Grounds & Cleaning Crew Members and Leaders Needed

Location/Base: Gumdale, QLD

EPMS are looking for mature and highly experienced individuals to join our team.

Key Requirements:

- Must hold a valid driver’s license.
- Confident in driving and reversing while towing a trailer.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of work.
- Must be able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- This is a physically demanding role, requiring fitness and endurance.

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing grounds and property maintenance, including but not limited to:

- Lawn mowing and whipper snipping.
- Hedge and Tree Trimming
- Blowing
- General cleaning
- Gardening, Weeding and Pruning
- Minor landscaping, mulching, and rubbish removal and more

Work Conditions:

- The role is fast-paced and involves outdoor work in various weather conditions. Applicants must be able to work in the heat of summer and the wet season.
- Teams consist of a minimum of two workers, with no weekend work required.
- Overtime is available for those looking to increase their hours and income.

Pay Rate:

- STEP 1: Starting rate is approximately $31.19 per hour (CASUAL - Level 1), with potential increases based on level of experience, meeting performance requirements and demonstrating consistent commitment and leadership.
- STEP 2: Individuals who display strong skills, reliability, and attend work consistently and on time may also be promoted to a FULL-TIME position.
