Introduction

Role: Client Relations & Pipeline Assistant

Reports to: Client Liaison Manager

Location: Remote – South Africa

Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week, 4 hours per day) 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. AEST

Salary: R15, 000

Overview:

 The Client Relations & Pipeline Assistant will support the Client Liaison Manager in maintaining effective communication, follow-up, and reporting processes across a high-volume client base (500+ clients). This role focuses on ensuring timely updates, accurate records, and smooth pipeline management to support decision-making and enhance client service delivery. 

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Due Diligence Support

    • Obtain and track regular updates from brokers and accountants.

    • Ensure all required documentation is received and accurately recorded.

    • Identify gaps, delays, or risks in client documentation and escalate when necessary.

  2. Pipeline & Data Management

    • Manage and update client pipeline spreadsheets to reflect the status of 500+ clients.

    • Monitor progress of client files, ensuring information is current and accurate.

    • Prepare and circulate pipeline reports for management review.

  3. Client Relations Support

    • Assist the Client Liaison Manager in coordinating follow-ups with clients, brokers, and accountants.

    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.

    • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth client service operations.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong organisational and data management skills.

  • Experience working with spreadsheets and pipeline tracking tools.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in this or similar role.

  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Proactive communication skills with a solutions-focused approach.

  • Reliable, disciplined, and able to work independently within set hours.
