About the role

We have an opportunity for a
Roster Officer
to be part of our Technology & Communication Services Command. The Roster Officer provides efficient and effective coordination and management of the rostering portfolio, utilising all human resources available to achieve corporate, community and command requirements.

The Roster Officer is required to produce effective and compliant rostering schedules for a 24/7 environment. Provide examples of how you have previously prepared and maintained rosters to ensure that they are deployed timely and appropriately

Establishing and maintaining relationships is key to promoting transparency, quality service delivery, and customer satisfaction. Give an example of a role you worked in where you provided timely and accurate customer service at a high standard to various levels of management.
