**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a **Roster Officer** to be part of our Police Transport and Public Safety Command team. The Roster Officer provides efficient and effective coordination and management of the rostering portfolio, utilising all human resources available to achieve corporate, community and command requirements.

Applicants must hold a current driver’s licence with no traffic offences recorded on their driving history within the last six (6) months or NSW Police Force Bronze Certification.

**Target Question 1**:
Describe how you would prepare and maintain a roster in a high-volume environment in accordance with industrial award entitlements to ensure Command/Business unit resources are deployed appropriately and in compliance with business rules.

Provide an example of when you have had competing rostering priorities and requests. How did you provide efficient and effective co-ordination and management of the requests as well as your general rostering tasks.
