About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Talk as a Digital Marketing Account Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing digital marketing strategy and roadmaps for a defined portfolio of clients. The role is a hybrid role, with two days a week WFH and three days a week in our freshly renovated office, five minutes from Gosford station.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute best-in-class digital marketing strategies to drive client success
- Work with our in-house paid media team to manage the end-to-end delivery of campaigns across channels such as search, social, display and email
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reporting and insights to clients in partnership with our analysts
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce high-quality assets that drive demand and results for clients
- Identify new opportunities to expand scope of service with your clients and grow client accounts
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted digital marketing partner
- Develop your expertise around platforms, tactics and strategies using a growth mindset
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years' experience in a digital marketing account management or client services role
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Solid understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO), PPC, social media marketing and other digital channels
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimisation
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
